Safe Sitter is a medically accurate program that teaches boys and girls ages 11 to 13 how to handle emergencies when caring for children.   

This class teaches teaches safe and nurturing child care techniques, behavior management skills, and appropriate responses to medical emergencies.

  • Class fee is $60 - prepayment is required 
  • For girls and boys ages 11 to 13
  • Bring a lunch & money for soft drink

Includes:

  • Safe Sitter Manual
  • Completion Card

The class is held in the Education Center at OSU Medical Center, 1st Floor of main hospital, 744 W. 9th St., Tulsa, OK 74127.

DIRECTIONS:

  • 11th & Houston, downtown, just off the Broken Arrow Expressway westbound 
  • Park in visitor parking on east side of hospital
  • Enter MAIN HOSPITAL through NORTH DOORS
  • Turn right, going west past the gift shop, past the north elevators
  • Continue west until you see the Education Center straight ahead
